Artisan Food Brokers & Consultants was recently engaged in researching, planning and developing solutions and advice for a master franchise regarding food manufacturing for Australian vending machines.
The intent of this project was to provide solutions and advice on key areas for the development of food vending machines in Australia and to source suitable food manufacturing for the vending machines. In order to achieve these outcomes, Artisan Food Brokers & Consultants considered targeted strategies for the complete vending machine food manufacturing process.
Artisan Food Brokers & Consultants began the project by liaising with the American Master Franchise Company regarding recipes, packaging and standard kitchen operation methods and procedures. This helped to establish a benchmark for their Australian manufacturing.
Following this, Artisan Food Brokers & Consultants sought suitable Australian manufacturing of vending machine food product in five varieties as per the franchise standard recipe specifications and Australian standards.
Sourcing a suitable product supplier or pre-packaged condiments fit for the vending machines was the next step. After sourcing the food products for the vending machines, appropriate packaging and Australian Compliance Food labelling for the food products was also required.
Once the products and their related packaging was sourced and united in compliance with associated product specifications and labelling, the Australian launch was initiated. Artisan Food Brokers & Consultants assisted and attended the first day of the Australian launch.
Storage and distribution was the next consideration for the products. Sourcing frozen food storage and logistical distribution for the food products to the vending machines, followed the launch.
To conclude the project, Artisan Food Brokers & Consultants developed and presented the accumulated in-depth market research, product development, product sourcing and operational procedures regarding Australian vending machine food manufacturing to the master franchise for their consideration.
